Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and mental health concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals of clients.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to various client demographics through secure online platforms.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current in the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Healing Hearts, you will work with a broad range of clients, including teenagers, adults, and couples. Your sessions may address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. The ability to provide tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client is essential. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling and psychotherapy.

• Proficient in treatment planning and mental health assessments.
