Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual meetings, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your clinical judgment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults dealing with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and substance use challenges. Our clients come from varied cultural backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and cultural competence in clinical settings.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the ability to build therapeutic alliances with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
