Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and ensuring adherence to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss any challenges, and develop strategies for effective treatment, including determining appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, progress notes, and records for each client to track treatment effectiveness and comply with organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather pertinent information about clients, fostering a complete understanding of their needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and other psychological concerns. Your role is vital in guiding them through their mental health journey, providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve sustainable wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in using technology as it relates to client management and documentation; comfort with software applications such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

• Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable, as it enhances the ability to connect with clients effectively.

• Familiarity with various client populations and mental health issues to better provide appropriate support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, allowing you to receive payment ahead of collections without waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
