Key Responsibilities\n

• Execute comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Partner with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, taking into consideration their individual goals and preferences.

• Implement effective, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. You will work with a diverse clientele, considering factors such as cultural backgrounds and personal histories to tailor your approach and foster a therapeutic connection.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise of two years in a clinical setting, specializing in mood disorders.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical teams.
\n
• Ability to demonstrate measurable success in improving client outcomes related to mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience specifically focusing on mood disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
