Work Environment\n

This position is structured for remote work, allowing flexibility while still providing essential mental health services. Employees typically work from home, with occasional required attendance for team meetings or professional development opportunities. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, determining their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate directly with clients to create personalized treatment plans, aligning with their individual goals, preferences, and specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address symptoms of depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches and goals as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
