Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules and enhance accessibility to our services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine individual needs and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and relapse prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse patient population recovering from various substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and stimulant dependencies. You will be instrumental in fostering a compassionate environment that prioritizes each patient’s individual recovery journey while addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment methodologies, and recovery-oriented care.

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings focused on addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
