Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the distinct needs of each patient.

• Provide therapy through evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, regularly adapting methods to optimize client engagement and outcomes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a space for clients to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build community support.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

• Empower clients by educating them about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to promote self-management and recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continual professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest techniques and research in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
