Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to ascertain patients' trauma experiences and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery and resilience, integrating evidence-based practices such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma, cultivating coping mechanisms, and fostering a healing environment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, enhancing patient well-being and therapeutic outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention support, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-stress situations to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals affected by trauma, including those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
