Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), during individual therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions to adhere to professional ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer consultations to stay abreast of emerging practices and expand clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At New Life Recovery & Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in guiding clients toward recovery and empowerment, fostering a safe and compassionate environment to help them thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a relevant field.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage caseload effectively while balancing administrative needs.
