Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients through a combination of in-office and virtual therapy sessions, conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their unique challenges.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to determine immediate needs and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Actively monitor and manage a caseload, delivering individual and group therapy services, and ensuring that treatment aligns with client goals and presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
