Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and family members about mental health, treatment options, and helpful community resources in an accessible and supportive manner.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders, including effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing therapy to culturally diverse client groups using inclusive and responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to manage high-stress situations with professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the successful candidate will range from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
