Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks tailored to meet the needs of trauma survivors. Specific duties include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' history and identify appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, helping participants process their trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote their healing journey.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

• Offering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to stabilize clients and guide them toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
