Work Environment\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Bright Tomorrow, you will work primarily within a remote setting but will also have opportunities to engage in face-to-face interactions at our outpatient office in Houston. Our work hours are flexible, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, along with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and coping strategies.
\n
• Monitoring clients’ progress throughout the treatment process and adjusting treatment plans as required to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and integrated treatment approaches.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client assessments, sessions, and treatment plans, adhering to legal standards.

• Engaging in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices and advancements in mood disorder treatment.
\n
• Advocating for clients' mental health needs and working towards reducing stigma around mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages who are navigating various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are preferred:

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in treating mood disorders.
\n
• A strong track record of utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Experience in creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
