Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Engage clients in individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in a secure electronic health record system, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
