Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, particularly students and adults seeking guidance in managing life transitions, emotional challenges, and relational issues. Your work will impact individuals who may be experiencing overwhelming stressors from academic pressures, personal relationships, or significant life changes, ultimately fostering resilience and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

  Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and understanding to clients.

  Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a knack for developing meaningful relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While 3 years is the minimum requirement, we prefer candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care. Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and an understanding of community health resources will be advantageous.
