Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide or coordinate case management services, ensuring multi-systemic support for children and families.

• Communicate actively and collaborate with clients’ families and support networks, including childcare providers, school professionals, and child welfare agencies.

• Integrate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into your clinical practice to enhance client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education units (CEUs) to maintain licensure and implement effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews of client documentation, aiming for professional growth through monthly individual or group supervision sessions.
\n
• Share your specialized knowledge and experiences with the treatment team to enhance collective practices and approaches.
\n
• Tailor your service delivery to meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents, ensuring that therapy methods are suitable for their age and circumstances.

• Maintain compliance with agency policies, including ethical guidelines and documentation standards.
\n
• Offer comprehensive mental health treatment, assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to address various mental health disorders.

• Facilitate creative and engaging psychotherapy groups utilizing psychoeducation and discussions for individuals, families, and multi-family settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your case load will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Each session is designed to address specific mental health needs, encouraging clients to communicate openly and navigate their emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in Oregon or the state of residence.

• Possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
