Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet each client's unique goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services promptly for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and facilitating immediate support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with both ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate client treatment plans and ensure comprehensive care across various disciplines.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
