Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each individual.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as potential family, marriage, and group counseling sessions based on your areas of expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings to evaluate treatment needs and adjust approaches as necessary.

• Document all clinical notes and patient progress in compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date on evolving clinical techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and share experiences that foster a supportive team culture.

• Perform other duties as per organizational needs to support the therapeutic goals of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who are facing mental and behavioral health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will also have the opportunity to work with families and couples, helping to improve relationships and foster healthier communication patterns. Your expertise will play a crucial role in providing healing support to both adolescents and adults within the surrounding Albany community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Social Work.

• Must hold a valid license in your field: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging between $100,000 and $105,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
