Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions aimed at addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders for individuals and families.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, including initial discharge plans as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to align with each patient's treatment goals.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, ensuring compliance with both facility and professional standards while regularly updating patient records as needed.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, maintaining a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to collaboratively develop and enhance service delivery for patients.

• Exhibit professionalism and empathy toward clients, actively listening and responding to their needs to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Contribute to a safe clinic environment by prioritizing patient safety across all interactions and treatments.

• Perform additional functions and tasks as assigned by the clinical supervisor to support the team's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field is required.

• Current licensure in Arizona as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory, or you must be eligible for licensure.

• Strong clinical skills backed by at least two years of supervised experience in mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients of varying backgrounds and needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
