Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy in a virtual setting, adapting techniques to facilitate engaging and effective sessions.

• Conduct detailed assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' strengths and challenges, developing a comprehensive understanding of their mental health concerns.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect client goals, preferences, and unique circumstances, while continually monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care tailored to their specific situations.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress to meet ethical standards and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals across the lifespan, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your clients may range from children and adolescents to adults and senior populations, each presenting unique therapeutic needs that require your specialized skills and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of experience in mental health or clinical settings, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Strong analytical skills to make informed professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on client needs.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach to client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy through virtual means.

Compensation and Benefits\n
