Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. This includes individuals seeking help with stress management, anxiety, mild depression, and relationship issues. All clients undergo a thorough pre-screening process ensuring they are matched according to your specialties and preferences, allowing you to engage with cases that resonate with your skills and experience.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: A fully accredited license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice independently in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with experience in developing individualized treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, alongside a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Having a strong background in solution-focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , depending on hours worked and experience. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Additionally, we provide weekly direct deposit for prompt compensation, ensuring our counselors are financially supported while they focus on helping others.
