Our outpatient office is complemented by state-of-the-art telehealth technology, ensuring you can deliver effective therapy from the comfort of your own home. The schedule is convenient, with working hours set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and establish individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mental health and well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support adults and couples during their journey towards psychological wellness, helping clients develop coping strategies and set achievable goals.

• Document all session notes, treatment updates, and patient information accurately within 24 hours of each appointment, adhering to organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate in peer consultations and case conferences to share insights, provide feedback, and foster an environment of continuous learning.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant mental health regulations, ensuring that client confidentiality and ethical practices are upheld at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is working with adult individuals and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys through tailored therapy, fostering a trusting and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field, demonstrating your theoretical understanding of mental health issues.

• Active independent licensure in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent, confirming your qualifications to deliver mental health services.

• Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms to facilitate seamless client interactions, ensuring you can deliver high-quality therapy remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
