Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure client safety and preparedness.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage a full caseload efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to comply with licensing requirements and keep skills current.

• Provide psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans reflecting the needs of each client.

• Utilize an electronic medical record system for documenting and monitoring client progress, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment goals.

• Participate actively in team meetings, providing input on client care and organizational enhancement.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and care protocols while practicing within the framework of Mind Saver’s policies.

• Maintain regular communication with colleagues and supervisors to ensure client care continuity and resource utilization.

• Assist clients with identifying financial or social needs, providing appropriate resources and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can express their concerns and work collaboratively towards their therapeutic goals. Your expertise will guide them through complex emotional landscapes, helping them to build resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• An independent mental health license is required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) that complies with the state requirements in Oregon or the state where you reside.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems to document client progress.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and client families.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health setting or previous work with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
