Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs, drawing on therapeutic techniques appropriate to their specific challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment to address a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Provide crisis intervention services, delivering immediate and effective support to clients in distressing situations, effectively de-escalating crises and ensuring client safety.

• Offer ongoing therapeutic support to individuals with mental health diagnoses or substance use disorders, maintaining a focus on long-term recovery and management.

• Work collaboratively with clients on family relationship issues, destructive behavior patterns, and other personal concerns, guiding them toward healthier choices and coping mechanisms.

Your work will primarily involve providing support to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, navigating the complexities of modern life including academic pressures, personal relationships, and the impact of societal issues on mental health. As a counselor at Blissful Counseling Hub, you will play a crucial role in uplifting those in need, contributing to the overall mental wellness of the community.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
\n
• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills that foster positive interactions with clients.
\n
• Proven ability to establish and nurture meaningful relationships, allowing for a deeper understanding of client needs and fostering trust.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in working with diverse populations, particularly in a community health setting.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
