Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Mood Care Psychological Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care, facilitating seamless communication among all parties involved in the client's therapeutic journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, leveraging your expertise to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.

• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and working towards reducing stigma associated with mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n
