Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health status and develop a personalized treatment plan.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individual and group—to provide ongoing support and resources for mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, tailoring approaches based on the unique needs and preferences of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and refer clients as necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, employing de-escalation techniques and support to manage acute emotional distress.

• Participate in clinical supervision and training to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele may include individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and trauma-related challenges. You will work with a diverse range of clients from different backgrounds, and cultural competence will be vital in ensuring that therapy sessions are effective and respectful of each client's unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
