Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Provide individual therapy tailored to each client using effective modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote personal growth and healing.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and monitor their progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.

• Utilize teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring that support is always available, regardless of location.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops, enhancing your skills while contributing to the professional growth of your peers.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster empathetic and non-judgmental interactions with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a diverse client caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a mental health outpatient setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage and will aid in efficient documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Edge Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a rich benefits package that includes:
