Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health status and needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients via teletherapy, utilizing tools like our therapist dashboard to manage schedules and client interactions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and ensure timely follow-ups.

• No history of disciplinary actions or ethical violations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in using telehealth platforms is favorable, as it enhances service delivery in remote therapy settings. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions will be advantageous.
