Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough trauma-informed assessments to better understand patients' histories and ascertain their therapeutic requirements.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery, integrating patient strengths and resilience-building activities.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, refine coping strategies, and enhance emotional well-being.

• Participate in case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to provide comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele we serve primarily consists of adults and adolescents facing the aftermath of traumatic experiences, such as abuse, violence, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
