Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences of each patient.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions that consider cultural and individual factors.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing various mental health concerns, fostering resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic care for all patients.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support, effectively managing mental health emergencies with professionalism and poise.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

You will primarily serve a diverse client base that includes ethnic and cultural minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, and recent immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
