Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect each client's cultural and personal background, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies as appropriate.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns, promoting resilience and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, including immediate assessment and stabilization of clients in acute distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the healing process.

• Maintain a detailed electronic health record (EHR) for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license in one of the following disciplines: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or a PhD/PsyD in psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 74,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives based on state licensure. Benefits include:
