Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic treatment plans using evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, incorporating various therapeutic modalities to ensure effective treatment.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focused on common mental health issues, fostering community support and understanding.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that encompasses all facets of health and well-being.

• Stay current with mental health best practices through ongoing education and regular participation in professional development activities.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Ability to provide therapy to varied populations with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and preferences.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
