Operating primarily in a telehealth setting, our practitioners enjoy the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the ability to connect personally with clients. Our work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into clients' individual experiences and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote mental wellness.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their mental health challenges towards building resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for patients.

• Respond to mental health emergencies by providing crisis intervention and support, ensuring client safety and stability.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources in the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance team collaboration and service delivery.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research, therapeutic techniques, and cultural considerations relevant to our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundation in culturally responsive therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
