Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, our therapists engage with clients through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and convenience for both practitioners and patients. While the role is primarily virtual, team members are encouraged to connect regularly via video conferencing for supervision, case consultations, and continued professional development, fostering a sense of community within our practice. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using structured tools to evaluate clients’ psychological state, needs, and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with patients to set achievable goals and utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for personal exploration and growth.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups focused on various mental health topics, promoting group cohesion and peer support.
\n
• Work in partnership with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate care services, including medication management and crisis intervention strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referral channels.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings and consultation sessions to enhance service delivery and share insights regarding clinical practices.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and community resources to provide clients with the most relevant treatment options and referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals aged 18 and above experiencing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, family dynamics, and substance use issues. Therapists will be expected to adapt to the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of our clients, providing culturally competent care and fostering a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.

• A solid foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Documented experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to a variety of patient needs.

• Proven success delivering therapeutic services to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong ethical practice and professional boundary awareness.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools relevant to teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
