Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify concerns, create clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans that address individual goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services through one-on-one sessions, family therapy, and group counseling, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention when clients experience acute episodes, using de-escalation strategies and support to maintain their safety and well-being.

• Maintain rigorous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate a comprehensive care approach that addresses all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and relevant community resources, advocating for their needs and rights as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
