This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being a vital part of our dedicated team. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into patients' backgrounds and unique experiences, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while ensuring cultural relevance for diverse populations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to tackle various mental health issues, aiming to enhance patients' resilience and overall mental fitness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless and coordinated care for clients with varying needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and necessary support during mental health crises to safeguard patients' well-being and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health challenges, effective treatment methods, and community resources, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with established ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, particularly relating to diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, deploying culturally responsive psychological practices.

• Strong crisis management skills with the ability to maintain composure under stress.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating the ability to establish trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies for efficient documentation and data management.

• Strong ethical principles coupled with a commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n
