Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating medical and therapeutic perspectives.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about the latest research in mood disorder treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Your clinical expertise will guide clients through their challenges, equipping them with the skills necessary to manage symptoms and improve their overall mental health. By creating a safe therapeutic space, you will empower clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, leading to transformative outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
