Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans by collaborating closely with clients, factoring in their specific needs, personal goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address underlying issues and promote healing.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
