Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted in a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide crucial mental health services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Our team’s commitment to technology and teletherapy ensures you have access to modern tools and platforms for effective client interactions. The work hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating symptom severity, frequency, and duration.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and collaborate with them to establish effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
