Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients’ psychological status, ensuring the formulation of appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional regulation, personal development, and the enhancement of coping mechanisms in various scenarios.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, addressing the multifaceted nature of mental illness.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during critical mental health emergencies, employing strong crisis management skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing complex mental health conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Strong foundational knowledge of various mental health disorders and an understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven skills in conducting thorough mental health evaluations, developing accurate diagnoses, and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Ability to deliver effective individual and group therapy using multiple therapeutic techniques while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to build trust and rapport with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
