Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining strong connections with our clients and colleagues through virtual platforms. You will typically work weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotating schedule, ensuring that we meet our clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, discerning their severity, frequency, and duration to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and psychosocial needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions rooted in evidence-based practice, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual income between USD 80,000 and 100,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus to support your transition into this pivotal role.
