Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, personal goals, and evidence-based practices to address specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders and equipping them with self-care strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on their feedback and clinical assessments.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, leading case reviews and participating in treatment planning meetings.

• Stay current with the latest research in mood disorders to enhance the efficacy of therapeutic interventions and incorporate new findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
