Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and appropriate treatment options.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide seamless and comprehensive client care.

• Implement and oversee evidence-based treatment approaches, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are tailored to individual client needs.

• Develop joint treatment plans in partnership with clients, employing strategies grounded in Natural Learning Environment Practices (NLEP) for holistic care.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling, utilizing a variety of modalities to support clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their goals.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Empower families by providing crucial information, skills, and ongoing support related to enhancing their child's development and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues across different age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active license as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, specifically in conducting psychotherapy and utilizing solution-focused approaches.

• Demonstrable psychosocial diagnostic skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, their families, and fellow health professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience dealing with a variety of mental health issues among diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic methodologies.

• Previous work in a multidisciplinary team settings is a plus.
