Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of each condition.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate symptom relief and promote effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, requiring cultural competence and sensitivity in treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in addressing mood disorders.
\n
• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong working knowledge of psychopharmacology and a collaborative approach to care with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Proven ability to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to form rapport with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, in addition to performance bonuses. New hires are also eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
