Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population spanning various age groups and backgrounds, each with unique mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid clinical license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a robust client caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy or familiarity with various therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably. Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we are proud to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for licensed therapists joining our dedicated team.
