Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, followed by the formulation and implementation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other relevant approaches to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate and lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions, fostering a sense of community among participants and addressing common mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop coordinated care plans that address the physical and mental wellbeing of clients.

• Respond to mental health crises by assessing situations and providing immediate intervention and support as necessary.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss complex cases and shared learning experiences.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health treatments and methodologies to continually improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients may include individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, family and marital issues, as well as those in recovery from substance abuse. This role is crucial in providing personalized support tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and create impactful treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
