Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of veterans, many of whom face unique mental health challenges alongside medical conditions, such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in not only addressing these psychological needs but also understanding how they interplay with physical health issues, promoting a culture of comprehensive wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.

• Strong adherence to ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
