Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team in El Paso, Texas. This full-time remote position focuses on providing specialized therapy for individuals struggling with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. As a vital member of our outpatient office, you will play a crucial role in improving our clients' mental health and overall well-being.

Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely designed to be remote while also benefiting from our outpatient office resources. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms, severity, duration, and impact of mood disorders in clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that take into consideration their unique needs, personal preferences, and life circumstances.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, enhancing their understanding of the therapeutic process.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data-driven insights and client feedback.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate integrated care that addresses both psychological and pharmacological needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing research and professional development to remain informed about the latest advances in mood disorder treatments and best practices.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client sessions in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and security.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional training to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team development.

• Advocate for clients within the community to de-stigmatize mood disorders and promote access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents presenting with various mood-related challenges. Our patient population is diverse, and you will have the opportunity to tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly in the treatment of mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in delivering positive treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its implications in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, complemented by bonuses and a potential sign-on bonus.
