Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other specialized approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

• Engage in close collaboration with a dedicated treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to continuously improve treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress-related conditions. Our focus is on providing client-centered care, which entails tailoring treatment strategies based on the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that they feel understood and supported throughout their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
