Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, evaluating the individual needs of children and adolescents through interviews, observation, and standardized tools.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through team meetings, workshops, and case consultations, continuously updating your knowledge of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily work with children and adolescents, discerningly addressing a range of mental health disorders. Understanding the unique challenges faced by younger populations, our therapeutic approach is informed by sensitivity to developmental milestones and the influence of familial and social structures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents, including individual and family therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and comfortable navigating various computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit, eager to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with particular expertise in child and adolescent therapy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
